Construction Work For Gas Pipelines – Project: Tiefstack Transformation (Titra) - Operation With Gas (Bmg) - Awarding Unit 2 Fuel Supply. The Project Scope Of Award Unit 2 (Lot 2) Includes In Particular The Planning, Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of The Gas Pipeline From The Gdrma To The Boiler House Inlet And From There To The Burner Control Systems. This Includes The Main Fuel Shut-Offs, The Filter And Pressure Reduction Station, The Required Shut-Off And Venting Fittings, Blow-Out Devices, Measuring Points For Pressure, Temperature And Volume Flow As Well As The Nitrogen Flushing System And The Control Air Connections. In Addition, The Construction Of The Complete Substructure For The Gas Pipeline Is Part Of Lot 2. This Includes A New Supporting Steel Structure In Various Sections, A New Steel Construction Operating Platform Including The Associated Foundations As Well As The Adaptation Of Existing Steel Structures And Pipe Bridges. [Optional] Lot 2 Also Includes The Adjustment And Expansion Of The Oil Supply. This Includes The Replacement Of The Oil Storage Pumps And The Boiler-Side Pump Groups As Well As The Partial Replacement Of The Oil Supply Lines Laid Above Ground With Lines With An Enlarged Diameter, On Pipe Bridges Including Trace Heating And Insulation. Also Included In The Scope Of Services Is The Creation Of All Necessary Static Evidence As Well As The Planning And Execution Of Corrosion Protection, Grounding And Lightning Protection Measures. In Addition, The Implementation Of The Necessary Tests - Such As Pressure Tests, Cleaning And Non-Destructive Tests - As Well As Proof Of Ce Conformity And The Safety Requirements, Including Hazop, Gur And Sil, Are Part Of Lot 2.
