Tender For HT LT LINE SHIFTING CROSSING OVER SCHOOLS UNDER EDD, ETAWAH- 1 Erection, Installation, Shifting Commissioning of Single Pole/Double Pole of LT/HT Overhead Lines and Transformers Completing with Following Materials.Work Includes All Cartage, Carriage, T&P, Raw Materials And Other Material/Work Which Is Required For Completion of Said Work. 2 Carriage of 11 Mtrs Long ST Pole from Store Center Kunera Etawah to site of work Under Jurisdiction of EDD, Etawah with Erection & Grouting of Single Pole Structure Complete in all respect as per RESPO Norms (including all labour, T&P, grouting material etc arrenged by Contractor on his own cost). 3 Carriage of 8.5 Mtrs Long PCC Pole from Store Center Kunera Etawah to site of work Under Jurisdiction of EDD, Etawah with Erection & Grouting of Single Pole Structure Complete in all respect as per RESPO Norms (including all labour, T&P, grouting material etc arrenged by Contractor on his own cost). 4 Carriage and Laying, sagging stringing and binding of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected PCC pole/STP including jumpering as per RESPO manual. 5 Carriage and Laying, sagging stringing and binding of different size Arial Bunch Conductor on the erected PCC pole/STP including jumpering and making connections in all respects as per RESPO manual. 6 ABC 3X50+1X35+1X16 SQMM 7 ABC 3X120+1X70+1X16 SQMM 8 ABC 3X95+1X70+1X16 SQMM 9 ABC1X16+1X25 SQMM 10 AB CABLE 3.5X70 SQMM 11 Carriage of Stay Set from Store Center Kunera Etawah to site of work Under Jurisdiction of EDD, Etawah and Installation of with grouting and nuzzling etc. as per RESPO drawing along with all routine material to be used for such works. 12 Carriage of Earthing Rod from Store Center Kunera Etawah to site of work Under Jurisdiction of EDD, Etawah and fixing earthing rod and binding with earth wire as per standard norms including cost of labour T&P and required material for such work. 13 Carriage and Replacement of following broken/damaged/ missing accessories by new accessories including opening of the same and refixing on the erected pole, tranformers. 14 11 KV PIN INSULATOR WITH PIN 15 11 KV DISC INSULATOR WITH FITING 16 FUSE SET 17 TOP CHANNEL 18 T-OFF CHANNEL 19 STAY INSULATOR 20 STAY CLAMP 21 DROPER CHANNEL 22 CROSS ARM HOLDING CLAMP 23 V-TYPE CROSS ARM 24 BASE ANGLE T/F 25 SUSPENSION CLAMP 26 DED AND CLAMP 27 DISTRIBUTION BOX 28 DISTRIBUTION BOX CLAMP 29 F-CLAMP 30 DP CLAMP 31 I HOOK 32 STAY WIRE 33 GI WIRE 34 Nut & Bolt 35 Carriage of Scrap Material (Damaged pole, conductor, Iron Scrap Etc. from Pit Site to J.E Store Kunera Etawah through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work Under Jurisdiction of EDD, Etawah of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.
