The Assignment Concerns The One-Off Performance Of A So-Called Baseline Measurement And The Preparation Of Inspection Reports And Mjops In Maintenance Planning (Formerly Oprognose). The Total Gfa Is Estimated At More Than 400,000 M2. The Total Gfa Is Known For Certain Locations. This Is Not The Case For Other Locations And A Margin Of 16% Has Been Included. The Calculation Sheet Therefore Uses An Established Gfa Or A Gfa Including The Mentioned Margin. The Implementation Must Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Condition Measurement For Construction And Installation Parts In Accordance With Current Nen2767 Parts 1 And 2, Including Risk Assessment (Based On Appendix D Of Nen2767) And Must Be Carried Out With The Maintenance Planning Software.
