The Agreement Shall Ensure Flexible And Predictable Access To The Necessary Competence For Planning, Engineering Design Services And Follow-Up Of Building And Construction Projects. The Framework Agreement Includes The Entire Project Course - From Early Needs Clarification And Concept Phase, Via The Preliminary Project And Detailed Project, To The Construction Phase, Commissioning, Taking Over And Claims Follow-Up. The Assignments Will Vary In Nature, Length And Complexity, From Smaller Individual Assignments To Large Projects And Can Be Carried Out Parallel To Several Locations.
