Health Services - Contract For Special Care In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V Proactive Screening For The Early Detection And Diagnosis Of Atrial Fibrillation. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For Special Care In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V To Offer A Care Program For The Early Detection Of Atrial Fibrillation. This Consists Of An Atrial Fibrillation Screening Via App And An Atrial Fibrillation Diagnosis. The Atrial Fibrillation Screening Includes Self-Measurement Of The Heart Rhythm By The Clients Insured Persons Via App For Up To Six Months, Including Medical-Technical Testing And Medical Validation Of The Measurement Results. The Smartphone App Must Be Certified As A Class Iia Or Iib Medical Device In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 On Medical Devices (= Medical Device Regulation/Mdr). The Atrial Fibrillation Diagnosis Includes, In The Event Of Suspected Atrial Fibrillation, The Subsequent Medical Diagnosis Made After The Atrial Fibrillation Screening Using A Telemetric Event Ecg System For Up To 14 Days By A Regional Cardiologist Or Telecardiologist Involved By The Contractor. The Client Is Unable To Provide Specific Information On The Expected Order Volume. If The Specified Quantities Are Significantly Exceeded, The Maximum Quantity That Can Be Accessed Within The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement Is A Maximum Of 25,000 Participants.
