Repair And Maintenance Services Of Measuring, Testing And Checking Apparatus – Measuring Equipment Calibration And Repair Services, Framework Agreement. The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces (Hereafter Pvlogl) Requests An Offer For Calibration And Repair Services For Measuring Devices Of Different Brands And Types, Which Ensure That They Function According To The Specifications Given By The Manufacturers Of The Devices. A Framework Contract For Calibration And Repair Services Is Made With One Or More Providers. Contrary To What Is Mentioned In Section Ii.1.6), The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts By Line According To Appendix 1 (Appendix 1_Device List). The List Of Devices Covered By The Agreement Is In The Attached Table (Appendix 1_Device List). Pvlogl Reserves The Right To Make Minor Changes To The Equipment List During The Contract Period, If The Equipment List Changes. The Contract Is Concluded For The Years 2026-2027, And In Addition, We Are Asked To Offer An Option For The Next Three Years (2028, 2029 And 2030) For Each Separately. The Prices Are Requested To Be Reported As % Unit Changes Compared To The Base Price Of The Offered Equipment Base (2026-27). The Maximum Price Change Percentage Can Be Three Percent (3%). The Options Must Be Valid As Follows: - For The Year 2028 Until 15.3.2028 - For The Year 2029 Until 15.3.2029 - For The Year 2030 Until 15.3.2030 The Offer Must Cover At Least 45 Lines Of Devices In The Device List. The Bidder Can Choose The Devices For Which He Will Bid, However, The Bid Must Cover The Above Required 45 Lines Of The Devices In The Device List. In The Tender Request Phase, The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, But Partial Tenders Are Accepted. The Offers Are Processed And Compared On A Line-By-Line Basis. The Procurement Unit May Distribute The Procurement For The Offered Devices Per Line Without A Minimum Number Of Lines. Description Of The Service Measuring Devices Are Sent Without Prior Notice From Various Offices Of Military Aviation To One Of The Providers Calibration And Repair Services Reception Points In Finland. From The Place Where The Maintenance Work Is Performed, They Are Returned Directly To The Original Sender. About 450-650 Devices Have Gone Through Calibration Every Year, With The Device Calibration Intervals Varying From 12 To 36 Months. In Repair Cases, You Must Contact The Pvlogl Contact Person By E-Mail Before Starting The Work, Because Pvlogl Reserves The Right To Decide On Repairs And Factory Updates. Repairs/Factory Updates May Only Be Started After Written Permission From The Contact Person Of The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces. The Tenderer Must Perform The Calibrations In Accordance With The Standard Sfs-En Iso/Iec 17025:2017. If The Devices Have To Be Tuned, The Calibration Results Must Be Given Both Before Tuning Or Repair And After Tuning/Repair. In Addition To The Standard Calibration Ability, The Provider Must Have The Ability To Repair The Device For Which The Service Has Been Priced. The Bidder Is Responsible For The Damage Caused To The Material In Its Possession, Which Happens To The Material Handed Over To The Bidder During The Time It Is In The Bidders Possession.
