Government Services – Regional Analysis On Fish Species Protection In General And On Local Habitat Improvements For The Interreg Project Fish Species Protection And Cormorant Management On Lake Constance. For The Interreg Project Fish Species Protection And Cormorant Management On Lake Constance As Part Of The Interreg Alpenrhein-Lake Constance-Hochrhein (For A Description Of The Ap Work Packages, See The Appendix To The Service Description), A Contractor Is Being Sought For A Regional Analysis Of Fish Species Protection In The Lake Constance Region In General (Ap 1A/1 Regional Analysis Of Fish Species Protection) And For The Detailed Analysis Of Local Habitat Improvements (Ap2a Ecological Improvement In Running Waters Plus Technical Protective Measures Against Predation). The Person Designated To Carry Out The Order Should Not Change During The Project Period. If A Change Of Person Is Unavoidable, They Should Be Replaced By An Equally Qualified Person. The Aim Of The Regional Analysis Is To Compile Basic Information On Fish Species Protection For The Focus Fish Species Grayling, Snout And Streamer As Well As For Bitterling, Bullhead And Brook Lamprey. The Current Data Situation On Fish Species Protection In The Lake Constance Region Is Collected In Collaboration With The Project Partners Of The Interreg Project And Experts From The Neighboring Countries As Part Of Preliminary Inquiries, Regional And Cross-Border Workshops, Which Are Organized, Carried Out And Moderated By The Contractor. The Information Collected During The Workshops And Through Personal Discussions Is Presented By The Contractor In The Form Of Cartographic Representations (Qgis Project). In Addition, Recommendations For Action With Priorities And Responsibilities For Implementation Are Developed As Part Of The Workshops And Subsequently Presented By The Contractor In A Written Results Report With Recommendations For Action. The Aim Of The Detailed Analysis Of Habitat Improvements Is To Put Together Local Measures For The Ecological Improvement Of Fish Habitats In The Project Area With Regard To The Focus Fish Species And Their Cartographic Representation (Qgis Project). This Involves Both Already Implemented And Planned Or Recommended Permanent Measures For The Structural And/Or Qualitative Improvement Of Habitats For Endangered Fish Species In Flowing Waters In The Lake Constance Area. The Analysis Should Also Determine Which Technical Protective Measures Against Predation By Fish-Eating Birds Have Already Been Implemented, What Experiences Have Been Made With Them Or Where Further Measures Would Be Necessary. In Addition, Based On Experiences From Other Countries Or Regions, Structural (Permanent) Measures Should Be Proposed Which Can Offer Improved Local Protection Of Fish From Cormorant Predation. The Measures Should Be Discussed In The Project Area And Knowledge About Measures That Have Already Been Implemented, Planned Or Recommended Should Be Disseminated Across Countries. As A Result, In Addition To The Cartographic Representation, Model Solutions Should Be Prepared In The Form Of Information Sheets, Which The Client Will Present To The Decision-Makers
