1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Area In The Center Of Masłowo Trzy - Stage I. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Development Of The Area In Masłowo Trzy Through The Construction Of The Aviation History Center Building Along With The Equipment Of Part Of The Communication. As Part Of The Project, It Is Also Planned To Demolish The Existing Warehouse Building And Cut Down 26 Trees. The Building Was Designed On A Plan Resembling An Airplane Wing. The Plan Of The Building Is Oblong, Narrowing At One End. The Irregular Form Of The Object With A Broken Roof Also Refers To The Dynamic Outline Of An Airplane Wing. The Buildings Facades Are Designed In White With Elements Of Wood, Decorative Panels And Vines On Steel Cables. An Important Element Of The Appearance Is The Sloping Green Roof Visible From The Ground Level. The Aviation History Center Building Will Have Large Glazing. The Building Was Designed As A Single-Story, Ground-Floor Building With Access To The Roof Via Fixed Stairs And A Vertical Platform Adapted For Disabled People. The Building Is To Be Partially Covered With A Green Roof And Partially Accessible To Users Through A Terrace Finished With Concrete Slabs. The Observation Deck Will Be Equipped With Benches. The Building Was Designed In A Traditional Reinforced Concrete And Brick Structure, With A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling, External Walls And Pins. As Part Of The Project, The Entrance Zone Will Be Equipped. The Area Covered By The Investment Is Located On The Plot No. 1102/5 Rev. No. 0007 In Masłowo Dzień. Currently, The Investment Area Includes A Warehouse Building, A Playground, An Outdoor Gym, A Monument To John Paul Ii And A Paved Area. The Investment Area Is Partially Fenced.
