As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: - Mill Bituminous Surfaces, - Secure Road Surfaces In An Emergency Mode, - Perform Partial Renovation Of The Surface Made Of Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, - Construct A Bed, - Perform Road Base, - Perform An Asphalt Concrete Layer, - Perform Partial Renovation And A New Surface Made Of 8 Cm Concrete Cubes, - Perform Partial Renovation And A New Surface Made Of 6 Cm Concrete Cubes, - Perform Partial Renovation Of The Surface Of 14 Cm Concrete Blocks, - Dismantling And Setting Of Concrete Edges, - Dismantling And Setting Of Concrete Curbs, - Roadside Maintenance, - Height Adjustment Of Manholes And Street Inlets. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Table Of Elements To Be Performed Offer Cost Estimate - Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Attachments To Of This Swz. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Change The Number Of Planned Works Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Quantitative Range Included In The Table Of Elements To Be Performed In The Offer Cost Estimate Is An Estimate And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims If The Ordering Party Orders A Scope Quantitatively Different From That Included In The Offer Cost Estimate. All References To Standards In The Technical Documentation And The Devices And Materials Indicated By Name Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. This Means That In The Case Of The Materials (Products) Indicated By Name, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Of No Lower Quality Than Those Described In The Order Documents. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Procurement Documents And Ensuring The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Procurement Documents, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities. Equivalent Products And Devices Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Inappropriate. Such A Division Of The Contract Into Parts Would Pose The Risk Of Excessive Technical And Executive Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. Coordination Of The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contrac
