The Subject Of The Project Is A Comprehensive, Deep Energy Modernization Of The Primary School Building. Stanisław Wyspiański In Kawnice. The Order Includes In Particular: - Insulation Of The Flat Roof Above The Gymnasium By Installing A Suspended Ceiling And Laying A Layer Of Rock Wool, - Insulation Of The Flat Roof - Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Top Floor - Insulation Of External Walls - Insulation Of Floors On The Ground - Replacement Of Window Frames - Modernization Of The Heating System - Installation Of Underfloor Heating, - Execution Of A Ventilation System Mechanical With Heat Recovery, - Modernization Of Energy Infrastructure - Replacement Of Fixtures And Light Sources And The Use Of Motion Detectors, - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation - Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled - Construction Of A Strip Around The Building - Construction Of A Sewage System - Replacement Of Door Joinery - Reconstruction Works Necessary To Carry Out Thermal Modernization Works - Construction Of Shelters For Bats. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Costs Related To The Comprehensive Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Acceptance And Arrangements Resulting From Legal Provisions And The Contract, And The Costs Of All Other Activities Indicated In The Terms Of Reference Are The Contractors Obligations. It Is The Contractors Responsibility That The Construction And - Depending On The Above - Operation Are Consistent With The Legal Requirements Currently In Force In Poland, As Well As The Regulations Of The European Union. All Technical Standards Such As Pn-En, Pn, Iso Must Be Observed, Including Detailed Standards Of The Manufacturer Of Individual Devices And Installations And The Supplier Of Technological Solutions. The Design And All Adopted Solutions, Including Technical, Construction, Equipment, Content And Form Of Information Boards, Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Planned Project Should Be Implemented In A Way That Minimizes Possible Impact On The Environment. Its Implementation Should Take Into Account Adaptation To Climate Change And The Associated Threats, E.G. Torrential Rains, Hurricanes, Extremely Low Temperatures Persisting For A Long Time (In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle, Within The Meaning Of Article 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852). The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Project While Maintaining The Highest Standards Of Workmanship, Using The Best Engineering Knowledge And Practice. The Effect Of The Works Is To Be The Implementation Of The Project, Ensuring The Highest Level Of Functionality And Safety Of The Investment For Environment And People.
