1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Pumptrack Bicycle Track In The Dobroń Commune - In Accordance With The Project Attached To Swz.2. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Facilities Will Be Constructed: - A Pumptrack Bicycle Track, - Hardening Of The Area For Parking Spaces, Benches, Bicycle Racks And Waste Bins, - Lighting And External Cameras.3. Track Parameters: - Total Track Area: 825.0 M², - Area Of ​​Hardened Track Strips: 359.4 M², - Track Length: 136 M, - Track Width: Min. 1.8 M4. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Specified In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. The Task Was Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027.6. Before Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement And An Offer Cost Estimate. The Schedule Must Include The Expected Implementation Periods Of Individual Stages Of Work, All Costs Constituting The Offer Price, Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order.7. Together With The Acceptance Documentation, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An As-Built Cost Estimate Prepared Using A Simplified Method, Consistent With The Arrangement Of Elements Included In The Material And Financial Schedule And The Offer Cost Estimate, Based On The Actually Performed Scope Of Work.
