The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Consumption Points Of Uzdrowisko Rymanów Spółka Akcyjna For A Period Of 9 Months. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of Uzdrowisko Rymanów Spółka Akcyjna To 28 Energy Consumption Points. Distribution Services Are Provided On The Basis Of Contracts Concluded With Pge Dystrybucja S.A. For An Indefinite Period. The Ordering Party Has Contracts For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services, Separately For Each Consumption Point. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Following Attachments: Annex No. 2.1 To Opz - List Of Facilities With Estimated Annual Electricity Consumption Annex No. 2.2 To Opz - Planned Consumption Of Electricity According To Tariff Groups In The Period From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 R.Appendix No. 2.3 To Opz - Declaration Submitted To Audax Energia Sp. Z O. O., To The Contract Valid Until March 31, 2026. Declaration Submitted By The Recipients Referred To In Art. 2 Point 2 Letter B-E - On Emergency Measures Aimed At Limiting The Level Of Electricity Prices And Support For Some Customers In 2026 (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2243). Part I And Ii. The Indicated Electricity Consumption Is Estimated And Indicative, Which Serves Only For Valuation And Then Comparison Of Offers, And Consequently Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. This Amount May Be Reduced During The Contract Implementation Period, And The Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Energy Consumption In Individual Facilities, In Accordance With The Meter Readings, According To The Unit Price Resulting From The Contractors Offer. The Ordering Party Also Informs That:1. The Current Electricity Seller Is Audax Energia Sp. Z O. O. Street Żurawia 6/12, 00-503 Warszawa. The Ordering Party Informs That Part Of The Consumed Electricity Will Be Used For The Needs Related To The Provision Of Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds. If The Price For 1 Kwh Of Electricity Proposed By The Contractor Is Higher Than The Price For 1 Kwh Of Electricity Determined For Eligible Customers Referred To In Article 2 Point 2 Lit. B-E, Act Of October 27, 2022, On Emergency Measures Aimed At Limiting The Level Of Electricity Prices And Support For Certain Customers In The Years 2023-2025, Journal Of Laws 2022 Item 2243, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With An Appropriate Declaration Confirming That It Meets The Statutory Requirements. The Ordering Party Also Informs That It Has Submitted A Declaration Regarding The Current Supply Of Electricity, I.E. In Annex No. 2.3 To The Opz, The Ordering Party Attaches A Declaration Submitted To Audax Energia Sp. Z O. O. In This Respect.
