1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 36 M³ Of New Activated Carbon For The Needs Of Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadów Solidych Sp. Z O. O. In Tczew. Activated Carbon Will Be Intended For Purifying The Air Coming From The Waste Sorting Hall After Dedusting Using Membrane Filters. Activated Carbon Must Effectively Absorb Vocs From The Air.2. The Quantities Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Given In The Specification Of Order Conditions Are Estimates And Are Used Only For: – Determining The Value Of The Order, – Comparison And Evaluation Of Offers. The Maximum Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Is 36 M³.2. It Is Possible To Fulfill An Order In A Quantity Smaller Than The Maximum Quantity Indicated Above, But Not More Than 10% Of This Quantity, And The Quantity Of The Actual Delivery Cannot Be Lower Than The Minimum Scope Of The Order Specified Below.3. The Order Will Be Completed In The Form Of A One-Time Delivery, Including The Quantity Resulting From The Scope Specified Above, Taking Into Account The Technological Conditions Of The Ordering Party, Within The Maximum Value Of The Contract Referred To In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To A Minimum Extent Of Not Less Than 30 M³, Constituting The Ordering Partys Minimum Provision Under This Order. Execution Of The Order In A Quantity Smaller Than The Maximum, While Maintaining The Minimum Scope, Does Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party.5. The Quantity Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order Expressed In M³ Will Be Confirmed At The Acceptance Stage On The Basis Of Unit Markings Placed On The Product Packaging, Confirmed By Documents Accompanying The Delivery, In Particular The Manufacturers Document Or The Contractors Commercial Document, Containing A Clear Indication Of The Volume Of The Delivered Product. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Markings On The Packaging And The Documents Accompanying The Delivery, The Data Resulting From The Manufacturers Document Are Binding.6. The Order Will Be Settled Only In Relation To The Quantity Actually Delivered And Received. The Unit Price Offered By The Contractor Is Fixed And Unchanged Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Unit Price Should Include All Costs And Risks Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including In Particular The Costs Of Materials, Transport, Labor, Insurance And Any Other Costs Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Due To Changes In Market Conditions, Production Costs, Transport Or Other Economic Circumstances, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For A Change In The Unit Price, With Subject To The Cases Expressly Provided For In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.8.
