1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of: A) Devices For Monitoring Odor Emissions In Real Time - 1 Pc. B) Devices For Neutralizing Odors Without The Use Of Water - 2 Pcs. Both Systems Should Be Compatible With Each Other2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Systems Be Brand New, The Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025. 3. Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Registered Office At The Following Address: Olszowa Ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno Within The Time Specified In The Offer. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee Of At Least 12 Months, The Warranty Period Starts From The Day Following The Date Of Signing The Delivery Acceptance Report (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Annex No. 4 To The Swz). In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - The Warranty Period For Defects In The Subject Of The Order Specified In Art. 568 Of The Civil Code Is Identical To The Period Of The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
