I. The Subject Of The Order Includes Work On The Valuation Of Real Estate, As A Result Of Which Estimates Will Be Prepared To Determine The Market Value Of A One-Time Remuneration For The Establishment Of Limited Property Rights - Land Easements And Transmission Easements On Real Estate (Plots Of Land Or Plots Of Land Adjacent To Each Other, Constituting A Compact Complex) Owned By The State Treasury. Ii. The Works Listed In Point I Include The Preparation Of An Appraisal Report And Quality Requirements, In Particular For The Purpose Of: A) Determining A One-Off Remuneration For The Establishment Of Land Easements And Transmission Easements On Real Estate Owned By The State Treasury, In Justified Cases On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Order For Periodic Remuneration As Above. Iii. Number Of Easements Planned For Valuation - Up To 10 Items. Iv. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Terms Of Reference.
