The Works Listed In Point I Of This Chapter Include The Preparation Of An Appraisal Report, In Particular For The Purpose Of: A) Determining The Market Value Of Undeveloped Land Properties Included In The Real Estate Resources Owned By The City Of Nowy Sącz For The Purposes Of Recording Their Value, B) Determining The Market Value Of Undeveloped Land Properties Located In The Real Estate Resources Owned By The City Of Nowy Sącz For The Purposes Of Determining The Amount Of The Annual Fee For Handing Over The Above-Mentioned. Real Estate Into Permanent Management, C) Updating The Amount Of Annual Fees For Permanent Management, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Real Estate Management, D) Purchasing For The City Of Nowy Sącz, In Particular For The Implementation Of A Public Purpose, Land Properties Owned By Natural And Legal Persons, E) Selling Land Real Estate To The Perpetual Usufructuary, F) Determining The Fee For The Transformation Of The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct Into Ownership Rights In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 4 Section 2 Of The Act Of July 29, 2005. On The Transformation Of The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct Into The Right Of Ownership Of Real Estate (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 900), G) Sale Of Undeveloped Land Properties By Way Of A Tender, H) Sale Of Undeveloped Land Properties Without A Tender, In Particular Pursuant To Art. 37 Section 2 Point 6 Of The Act On Real Estate Management, I) Determining The Market Value Of Undeveloped Land Properties Included In The Real Estate Resources Owned By The City Of Nowy Sącz For The Purposes Of Determining The Amount Of The Annual Fee For Handing Over The Above-Mentioned Property.
