The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Protection Of The Headquarters Of The Długoły Forest District Together With The Associated Infrastructure, Including Property Protection, And At The Same Time Performing Firefighting Duties At The Alert And Disposition Point Of The Długoły Forest District For A Period Of 24 Months.2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Physical Security Services The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, With The Help Of Employees Employed By Him, Provide Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Of: - The Administrative Building - The Headquarters Of The Forest District, - Three Buildings Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Headquarters Of The Forest District Together With The Property Located In These Buildings, - Tourist Infrastructure In Front Of The Headquarters Of The Forest District. The Protection Includes Protection Of Property Against Theft, Burglary And Devastation, As Well As All Preventive And Information Activities In The Event Of Other Damage, E.G. Flooding Of Rooms, Fire, Etc. The Security Service Will Also Be Performed By Operating The Local Alarm System Located In The Protected Facility Of The Ordering Party And Monitoring The System Signals In The Protected Facility, Cooperation With A Specialized Security Agency, Which Will Take Active Protective Measures Within 10 Minutes Of Receiving Information About The Alarm (The Arrival Of The Intervention Patrol Takes Place After Receiving The Monitoring Signal). The Service Will Be Provided On All Working Days From 3:00 P.M. To 7:00 A.M. The Next Day, And On Saturdays And Non-Working Days (Sundays And State And Church Holidays) 24 Hours A Day. A Security Employee Is Required To Walk Around The Surveillance Area At Least 8 Times Per Work Shift. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Ordering Security Also On Other Days Resulting From The Unforeseen Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Provide Employees Employed By The Contractor With Access To A Social Room At The Place Of Execution Of The Order And The Possibility Of Using A Telephone Line For Purposes Related To The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Constantly Supervise The Protection Of Property. Direct Supervision Over Compliance With The Rules For The Protection Of The Forest Districts Facilities Is Exercised By The Forest Inspector With The Help Of Officers Of The Forest Guard Post, Authorized Forest Service Employees And Ad Hoc Intervention Patrols Performed By Employees Of The Protection Agency. Employees Providing Security Will Be Obliged To: - Familiarize Themselves With And Apply Fire Protection Regulations While Performing Protection, - Become Familiar With The Location Of Fire-Fighting Equipment In Buildings And The Rules Of Its Use, - Familiarize Themselves With The Location Of Electricity And Water Switches, - Taking Preventive And Rescue Actions In The Event Of Detecting A Threat, - Maintaining Professi
