Closing Date: 17 Feb 2026 Type: Consultancy The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is inviting proposals from qualified consultants or consultancy teams to support the Bridging Voices: Strengthening Inclusive Coordination and Civil Society Cohesion in Syria (B-Voices) project. The consultancy focuses on facilitating inclusive multi-stakeholder consultation and dialogue sessions across Syria and producing applied research and a policy brief on Syrian-led humanitarian coordination under the new nationally led coordination framework. The assignment combines participatory facilitation, qualitative research, and policy analysis, with a strong emphasis on localisation, civil society cohesion, and accountability.
