Request For Proposalsscope Of Goods And Servicesthe Proponent Should Provide Everything Required To Meet All The Requirements Including, Without Limitation Any Skilled Labour, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Transportation, And Onsite Supervision To Faithfully Perform And Provide The Goods And Services Of The Surrey Soccer Fan Zones Specified.Site Build Is Projected To Begin On June 6 At Civic Plaza And June 26 At The Cloverdale Agriplex, With A 3-Day Build Pending The Scope Of Additional Requirements. The City Reserves The Right To Scale Up Or Down As Needed To Meet The Evolving Needs Of The City. This Scope Of Services Is Based On An Approximate Total Of 48 On-Site Service Days Across Both Locations.Estimated Times Of The Event Will Occur Between 10Am-9Pm On Activation Days. But Times Will Vary Based On Schedule Of Matches.The Surrey Fan Zones Site Maps Are Provided In Schedule A1- Site Maps. The Proponent Shall Describe Its Proposed Approach To Delivering The Services For The Event. The City Reserves The Right To Relocate Any Required Amenities, As Necessary.Addendaif The City Determines That An Amendment Is Required To This Rfp, The City Representative Will Issue A Written Addendum By Posting It On The Bc Bid Website At Www.Bcbid.Gov.Bc.Ca And The City Website At Www.Surrey.Ca (Collectively, The “Websites”), And Upon Posting, Any Addenda Will Form Part Of This Rfp. It Is The Responsibility Of Proponents To Check The Websites For Addenda. The Only Way This Rfp May Be Added To, Or Amended In Any Way, Is By A Formal Written Addendum. No Other Communication, Whether Written Or Oral, From Any Person Will Affect Or Modify The Terms Of This Rfp Or May Be Relied Upon By Any Proponent.
