Preliminary Description Of The Procurement The Procurement Is A Personnel Rental Service Used By Tuomi Logistiikka Oy. Temporary Employees Are Currently Used In Tuomis Warehouse, Transport And Shelving Services. Temporary Labor Is Mainly Used To Compensate For Sudden And Unpredictable Absences, To Schedule Vacations, And To Balance Peak Traffic And Seasonal Fluctuations. Employment Relationships Are Temporary And Of Varying Duration. Tuomi Logistiika Currently Has One Warehouse, And Warehouse Services Are Located In The Lahdesjärvi Office In Tampere. Most Of The Staff Of The Kätsy Shelving Service And Internal Transport Work In Tampere In The Tays Central Hospital Area And In Hämeenlinna In The Assi Hospital Area, But There Are Also Staff Available Elsewhere In The Pirkanmaa And Kanta-Häme Areas. The Tasks Of External Transport Services Are Focused On The Areas Of Pirkanmaa And Kanta-Häme. It Is Possible That Tuomi Logistiika Will Have A Need For Temporary Labor In Other Regions In Finland As Well. During The Last Six Months, Tuomis Warehouse Services Have Had An Average Of Six Temporary Workers Every Day. Some Temporary Employees Work Every Weekday And Some, For Example, 2–3 Days A Week. Due To Seasonal Changes, Work Shifts Cannot Be Guaranteed All Year Round. The Total Pool Currently Has About Fifteen People. There Have Been Three Temporary Employees In The Kätsy Services Pool, But It Is Estimated That There Would Be A Need For More. In External Transport Services, It Is Estimated That A Stable Pool Consisting Of Approximately Two Temporary Workers Trained For The Task Should Be Sufficient To Meet The Need. The Estimated Need For Internal Transport Temporary Labor Is Approximately 5,000 Working Hours Per Year.
