Lots This Assignment Is Divided Into The Following Lots: Hiring Specialist Vehicles Including Staff; Hiring Specialist Staff For Specialist Vehicles. Purpose The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of These Services Per Plot With A Term Of 2 Years With A Starting Date Of April 1, 2026. The Client Has The Right To Extend This Two (2) Times By One (1) Year By Mutual Consent Of The Parties (6 Months Notice Period). The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 900,000 Over The Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options.
