The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of Contractor(S) For The Public Transportation Of Passengers On Bus Lines From The Municipal And Regional Transport Schemes From The Quota Of The Municipality Of Karnobat In 2026 And 2027. The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Intra-City Lines And Nine Inter-Village Bus Lines. The Execution Of The Order Aims To Ensure The Normal Functioning Of City And Intercity Bus Transport. Under This Procedure, The Contractor(S) Will Implement The Assigned Bus Routes And Timetables In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 October 2007 On Public Passenger Transport Services By Rail And Road Transport And Repealing Regulations (Eec) No. 1191/69 And (Eec) No. 1107/70 Of The Council, The Road Transport Act, The Road Traffic Act, The By-Laws Issued Based On Them, Ordinance No. 33 Of 03.11.1999 For Public Transport Of Passengers And Goods On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And The Agreements Reached With The Contracting Authority As A Result Of The Procedure.
