Food Supplies Are Negotiated And Implemented Within The Estimated Annual Quantities According To The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement - Annex No. 1 The Specified Quantities According To The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement - Appendix No. 1 Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For Dmsgd - Varna To Purchase Them In Full. The Actual Execution Of The Public Order Is Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security Of The Execution Of The Order. The Annual Estimated Quantities Are Indicated By Nomenclature In Separate Groups - 5 Separate Items In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement - Appendix No. 1 Each Individual Item Is Designated With Its Own Serial Number. The Term Of The Contract For Awarding The Public Procurement Is 12 /Twelve/ Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Deliveries Are Made On The Basis Of Written Requests Of The Contracting Party According To Nomenclatures Within The Agreed Quantities.
