Geotechnical Advice Will Be Included As Part Of The Va And Road Engineering, Respectively. (This Means That Providers Must Either Have Geotechnical Advice Within Their Own Organization Or Create A Binding Agreement (Commitment Agreement) With A Subcontractor For Geotechnical Advice.) The Procurement Includes A Framework Agreement For Consultancy Services For Roads, Water And Drainage And Geotechnics. That Is Tasks That Can Be Triggered Within The Framework Agreement Are: Preparation Of Sketch, Preliminary And Detailed Projects And Preparation Of Tender Documents For Road, Water And Sewage Systems (Possibly Also Master Plans For Water And Sewage, Remediation Plans And Modelling). Challenging Areas. The Contract Period Is 4 Years Including Options For Prolongation By 1 + 1 Year (Ie 2 + 1 + 1 Year). It Is The Clients Unilateral Right To Prolong The Agreement. The Agreement Is Automatically Extended By 1 Year After The First Two Years, Unless The Client Terminates The Agreement 3 Months Before The End Of The Agreement Period. An Agreement Must Be Entered Into With Up To 5-6 Suppliers For The Following Framework Agreements: Va Engineering (If The Evaluation Of The Received Offers Ends Up With A Division Of The 5Th Place, Then We Will Consider Entering Into An Agreement With 6 Suppliers.) An Agreement Must Be Entered Into With Up To 4-5 Suppliers The Following Framework Agreement. Via Engineering (If The Evaluation Of The Received Offers Ends Up With A Division Of The 4Th Place, Then We Will Consider Entering Into An Agreement With 5 Suppliers.) Geotechnics Will Be Entered Into As Part Of Each Of The Above-Mentioned Parts. One Supplier Can Get An Agreement On One Or Both Of The Sub-Agreements If This Is Competitive On Both Of The Sub-Agreements.
