This Work Concerns Two Distinct Real Estate Complexes, Grouped Together Within A Single Project Management Contract. Operation N°1 - 18 Rue Du Delta, 75009 Paris In Accordance With The Attached Technical And Environmental Program, The Project Managers Mission Will Include In Particular: - Work In Common Areas: Renovation, External Thermal Insulation (Ite) In The Courtyard And Gable, Insulating Coating On The Street Facade, Insulation Of The Low Floor And The Roof, Electrical Compliance, Compliance With Fire Safety Standards; - Work In Housing: Upgrading Electrical Standards, Renovation Of Wet Rooms, Replacement Of Landing Doors And Coverings; - Replacement Of Exterior Joinery And Concealments; - Improvement Of Energy And Acoustic Performance; - Compliance With Environmental Requirements: Summer And Winter Thermal Comfort, Reduction In Energy Consumption, Compliance With The Objectives Of The City Of Paris Climate Plan. The Detailed Technical And Environmental Program Appears In The Consultation File (Fromentin Program). Justification Of A Single Market These Two Operations, Similar In Their Nature And Their Purpose, Are Part Of The Same Strategy Of Energy Rehabilitation Of The Heritage.
