The Oesetalschule Is A Two-Class Primary School In The Becke District Of Hemeran. In View Of The Legal Entitlement To An Ogs Place At The Primary School From 2026, The City Of Hemer Now Intends To Also Set Up An Ogs At The Oesetal Primary School. In Order To Achieve The Space Required To Set Up An Ogs And To Eliminate Other Existing Deficits In Terms Of Space In The Existing Building, An Expansion Of The Existing Building By Approx. 180 M2 Nuf Is Planned For These Areas. To Provide Technical Support During The Planning Phase, This Tender Is Looking For An Office To Award The Specialist Planning (Technical Equipment Service) For Service Phases 1 To 9 In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai (System Groups 1 To 8).
