Tenders Are Invited For Catering Supplies – Supply Of Foodstuffs By A Central Purchasing Or Referencing Center On Behalf Of The Central Communal Kitchen Of Sarlat-La Canéda
Catering Supplies – Supply Of Foodstuffs By A Central Purchasing Or Referencing Center On Behalf Of The Central Communal Kitchen Of Sarlat-La Canéda. The Services Of The Purchasing Or Referencing Center Are As Follows: - Supplies Of Foodstuffs While Ensuring The Benefit Of Advantageous Negotiated Pricing Conditions; - Provision Of The Market Price And Order Software (Including Training And Technical Assistance For The Software). Indeed, The Adjudicating Authority Wishes To Obtain Its Supplies Of Foodstuffs From A Public Or Private Purchasing Or Referencing Center. Thus, It Will Acquire Food Supplies Through Contracts Awarded By The Purchasing Or Referencing Center. The Contracting Authority Will Place Its Orders With Suppliers Listed In The Market Price Or The Catalog Of The Purchasing Or Referencing Center. The Latter Will Ensure The Delivery Of All Products, Through Its Listed Suppliers Regardless Of The Size Of The Structure To Be Delivered And The Amount Of Goods To Be Delivered. The Purchasing Or Referencing Center Selected Must Be Able To Propose Suppliers Capable Of Supplying The Following Foodstuffs: - Fresh Fish; - Butter - Egg (Dairy Products); - Cheeses; - Fruits; - Vegetables ; - Meats; - Ready Meals; - Frozen Foods; - Grocery Store ; - Water And Drinks. And, Following The Provisions Of Law No. 2018-938 Of October 30, 2018 For The Balance Of Commercial Relations In The Agricultural And Food Sector And Healthy, Sustainable And Accessible Food For All (Known As The “Egalim” Law), Namely: For Collective Catering, The Law Establishes The Obligation To Serve Meals “In Collective Restaurants For Which Public Legal Entities Are Responsible” Which Include A Share At Least Equal To 50% (60% For Meat And Fish) Of Products Benefiting From Labels Or Coming From Short Circuits (In Value Excluding Tax) Including At Least 20% Of Products From Organic Farming (In Value Excluding Tax). The Labels Authorized In The 50% (60% For Meat And Fish) Were Set By A Decree Of April 23, 2019. These Are: - The Red Label; - The Designation Of Origin; - Geographical Indication; - The Traditional Specialty Guaranteed; - The Mention “From An Operation Of High Environmental Value”; - The Mention “Farmer” Or “Farm Product” Or “Farm Product”, For Products For Which A Regulatory Definition Of Production Conditions Exists. The Purchasing Center Must Therefore Carry Out An Assistance Mission And Must Undertake To Offer The Contracting Authority, Upon Notification, The Possibility Of Finding Local, Organic And Certified Suppliers. The Expected Services Are Detailed In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp)
