The Term For Securing The Licenses For Continuation Of The Right Of Use And Software Insurance For The Needs Of Noi Is Up To 20 (Twenty) Working Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. 2. The Term Of Validity Of The Provided Licenses And Software Insurance From Table No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months, Counted From The Date Of Insurance. 3. In The Event That A Contractor Is Selected Who Is Denied Authorization By The Manufacturer, This May Lead To A Delay In The Execution Of The Public Procurement, As Well As To Its Termination. According To The Conclusions Of The Supreme Administrative Court, The Requirement For Authorization In Itself Is Not Restrictive, Insofar As It Is A Guarantee Of Quality And Reliability Of The Activity Performed.
