(ii) : Major item replaced will be measured against concerned item of sch) 2 Supply onlyW board suitable for solar inverter make, model and specification of in inverters as per Srl Item No. 1 above including installing, commisioning and synchronising with existing data logger/ SCADA system complete as direted by EIC at site 3 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but M Board 4 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but P Board 5 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but digital display with PLC card 6 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but DC relay 7 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but fuses 15 A, 1000V DC, I1=30 KA, HC 10g PV 8 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but cable gland 4 to 6 way 9 All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-above but ventilator fan 10 Supply and fixing in repair/ replacement of branch, MC4 Male/ Female connectors set compatible with module connectors with min of IP 66 rating and design with suitable lugs for 4 Sqmm Cable complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and laying in replacement of annealed single copper DC String cable of 1C x 4 Sqmm Solar grade, UV resistant 1.8KV rated DC Cables with electron beam XLPO insultation including necessary accessories like lugs, nail, cable ties, termination etc complete all as specified and directed 12 S& F laid in trenches/openheavy duty PVC pipe 40 mm dia pressure rating 6 kg/cm2complete with all fittings all as directed by engr-in-charge 13 Supply & Laying, Jointing and testing in replacement underground armoured cable LT XLPE insulated cable 1100 Volts PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT UG cable heavy duty with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches / walls/ ducts passing through pipe cable of 16 sqmm 4 core 14 Supply and laying in repalcement testing and commissioning of Data monitoring system communication cable 1100 Volts grade 1 Core x 0.5 sq mm Braided cable complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and laying in replacement of inverter communication shielded CAT6 Cables complete all as specified and directed 16 Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint through spray painting of outdoor type double door LT panels/ Feeder pillar box and replacement of unserviceable of door hinges, sliding bolts, cable entry MS sheets, Cable glands, pedestal locks, bow handle and connected accessories where required by welding, cutting, drilling etc and incl fixing with MS nuts and bolts and cleaning of panels from inside and outside and removing any faulty part of cable and preparing the cable for connection with suitable AI lugs and insulting with proper colour code PVC tape whereever required and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:1) proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. 2) Panel should be made vermin proof and close properly after repair. 17 Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable CT of LT Panel / Feeder pillar box with CT of ration upto 200/5 Amps or as required at site according the load incl connecting, disconnecting and testing cmplete all as directed at site. 18 Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable indicators any type with LED based indicating lamps of RYB colour incl disconnecting and connecting of the same all as directed at site 19 M&L in replacement of earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less thatn 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GIearth strip 32x6mmby means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, light grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20 mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber eith PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified.Note:1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.2.
