floors complete all asspecified and directed. 5 M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all asspecified and the surface and over and incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick 1st quality (square/rectangular) area of each exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38sqmas in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work orconcrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick plaster surfaces of walls applying one coat of weather coat primer and two coats of weather proof acrylic emultion paint all as per manufacturers instructions and directed including steel scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M&L for treatment on wall and appying 3mm thick wall care putty .thereafter applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 S&F for Plain, solid straight chowkats,and frames, made of 2nd class hard wood , wroughtframed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put togetherwith glue, pinned at joints supplied and fixed , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 17 S&F 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 M&L for reinforcedcement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc Rough finished Add for fair surfaces of finished concret complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M & L for powder coated aluminium sliding window with anodized Sqm aluminium frame of 3 Track with size 92mmx32mmx1.3mm thick, 02 glass and 01 stainless steel wiremesh sliding shutters with necessary channels (top rail, bottom rail and style of size 40mmx 18mm x1.1 mm thick) including glazing with tinted sheet glass panel 4.00mm thick, fitted with necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, locking device one for each shutter rubber packing, aluminium beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 21 S&F Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 22 M&L for reinforcedcement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjacomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 23 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 24 M&L for TMT steel bars8mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
