Tender For Certain Revenue And Minor Works In Or Under Age Br I Of Ge (West) Ferozepur Cantt - Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30cm deep and averageing 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells cespits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and gettingout in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick compelte all as specified and directed. 4 Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling, sub base for floors etc complete all as specified. 6 M&L Brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built incement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 8 Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations,footings,bases or column,raft and raft beams,sides and soffits if any of foundations and plinth beams and similar work,vertical or batter etc rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 9 Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars,posts,struts,piers,columns and stanchions ect fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 10 Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilever, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed. 11 Use & waste of formwork tosoffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed. 12 Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L RCC (1:1.5:3), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts,footings,foundations beams ,bases of column etc complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L RCC (1:1.5:3), type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns,pillers,piers,posts and structs etc complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L RCC (1:1.5:3), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams,cantilevers,bressummers,lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 17 All as per Srl Item No16 here-in-before but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups spaces and binders. 18 Taking downcementplasterany description on brick or stone walls, /RCC walls surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface finished even and fair withoutusing extra cementall as specified 20 M&L 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cementall as specified and directed. 21 M&L Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) oninceiling, soffits of chajja or similar location any face of brick walls or conrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L hard core of gauge not exceeidng 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and ramed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L 50mm thick PCC(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate)as in floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour over and including a screed layer of 15 mm thick in cementmortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 26 M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles of7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18Sq m as in skerting/dadoset and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cementmixed with colour pigment to match andincluding backing with 10 mm thick in cementmortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 27 M&L 450mm X 350mm & 7mm thick glazed coloured(Digital colour) ceramic tiles on vertical surface of such as skirting, dados and risers to stepsetc.,including 10mm thick rendering in cementmortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface finished rough to received dado/ skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shadewith cement mortar bedding and removing off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 28 S&F Factory made box type steel window with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle and with glazing bars dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F Factory made box type steel window with pintol hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle and without glazing bars dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F Factory made box type steel ventilator with glazing bars dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L framed work such as grills etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spike; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 0r Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed. 32 S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube complete all as specified in clause 8B.3.1 and shown on page 150 of MES Schedule Part-II (2010) complete all as specified and directed. 33 S&F Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 105mmx60mm for door and window frames with one rebate including lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. 34 All as per Srl Item No 33here-in-before but size 125mmx60mm with double rebate. 35 M&L cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of steel chowkhats,bed blocks, coping etcincluding necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 36 S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supply and fixing in the frame at site as per clause 8 B.2.1 of MES schedule Part-II (2004) complete all as specified.
