Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed (each layer 100mm +100mm thick) 7 M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) WBMwith coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required (consolidated thickness 200mm)all as specified and directed. 8 Preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous primer tack coat with 80/100 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc andapplying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumenVG-30grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm. 10 M&L forbituminouspremix asphaltic semi dense concrete40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for fillingberms 75 mm thick (Spread thickness with approved moorum or red bajri) levelled spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Precast Cement Concrete for kerb stone of size 40cmx12.5cm, 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) of required size and set in cement mortor 1:6complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & Lfor preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows etc. and like n exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint ofapproved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fix reflective cats eye with ABS material, body of size 90 mm x 110 mm x 17mm , with honeycomb patterned base,twin moulded shanks and two way retroreflective lenses, fixed with suitable adhesives on roads, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colourcombination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67: 2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos.
