The Subject Of This Order Is The Maintenance Of Park Greenery In Legnica In The Years 2026-2029 And The Sanitary And Orderly Maintenance Of Approximately 48 Ha Of Three City Parks, Including A French-Style Garden, Castle Hills Near The Piast Castle And Platanowa Avenue. The Task Will Include Gardening Work, Including Establishing And Maintaining A Border Garden, Caring For Topiaries And Bosquets, And Spraying Public Spaces In The Park. In Addition, The Contractor Will Maintain Grass Surfaces At A Representative Level And Mowed Low. Periodically, During The Flowering Of Grass Surfaces, Places Will Be Selected To Leave Natural Flower Meadows. Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Be Kept Informed About The Ordering Partys Decisions. In The Historic City Park There Is A High Flower Meadow With An Area Of ​​Approximately 800 M2, Which Must Be Cared For In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening. The Task Includes The Care Of Established Perennial Flowerbeds, Plantings Of Shrubs And Old Trees. During Work, Pay Attention To Proper Formation And Removal Of Suckers And Self-Seeding Plants. The Ongoing Maintenance Of City Parks In Legnica Will Consist In Timely Performance Of Seasonal Works, I.E. Autumn Collection/Raking And Removal Of Leaves From Park Spaces, Winter Maintenance Of Traffic Routes, Spring Care And Aeration Of Lawn Surfaces, Installation Of Seasonal Flowers And Supplementation Of Year-Round Flowers Along With Their Further Care, Summer Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Order, And Christmas Cleaning Services. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Clear The Edges Of Park Alleys From Growing Grass And Subject The Alley Surfaces To Maintenance By Rolling. The Contractor Will Take Particular Care To Maintain Cleanliness And Level The Ground Around Park Benches, Garbage Cans And Lamps, And Will Carry Out Cleaning Work Consisting Of Emptying Garbage Bins And Collecting Loose Waste Found In The Parks. Additionally, The Contractor Will Carry Out Maintenance Of Small Architectural Elements. The Task, Which Covers 36 Months Of Maintenance Of Park Greenery, Requires Ongoing And Constant Maintenance Of The Areas, Knowledge Of The Plants Occurring In The Areas Covered By The Contract, Their Requirements And Needs.
