Your bid will be considered valid only upon evidence of payment of tender fee Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, one (1) original and two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Director/Ag. Chief Executive, Metallurgical Training Institute, km 6/7 Onitsha-Owerri Road, Onitsha and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number.
