The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Intensive Cardiological Supervision Unit (Oink), Cardiology Department And Cardiology Outline At The Specialized Hospital. J. K. Łukowicza In Chojnice The Investment Is Financed Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan: Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities. The Investment Is A Comprehensive Modernization Of Selected Parts Of The Hospital, Including: 1. Intensive Cardiac Monitoring Unit (Oink), 2. Cardiology Department, 3. Cardiology Clinic Rooms. The Scope Of The Order Is Comprehensive And Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary To Fully Modernize The Indicated Spaces, Including Construction, Installation, Adaptation And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Above-Mentioned Spaces In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Design Documentation. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Three Organizational Stages, Resulting From The Need To Ensure The Continuity Of The Hospitals Operation. Division Into Stages Does Not Mean Dividing The Order Into Parts And Serves Only To Properly Plan The Works And Minimize The Risk Of Disruptions In The Provision Of Health Services. Stage I - Modernization Of Intensive Cardiological Supervision (Oink) Includes Comprehensive Construction, Installation And Adaptation Works In Oink Rooms, Along With Adapting Them To Applicable Standards And Requirements For Rooms With Increased Sanitary And Functional Security. Consisting Of Enlarging The Area, Creating An Entrance For Bed Patients Directly To The Room, Creating An Entrance To The Staff Kitchen Directly From The Corridor And Modernizing Two Bathrooms. Stage Ii - Modernization Of The Cardiology Ward Includes Reconstruction, Modernization And Adaptation Of The Ward Rooms, With Particular Emphasis On The Installation Of A Ventilation System In The Rooms, Adaptation Of The Room For An Angiograph, Improvement And Enlargement Of Communication Routes, Renovation Of Rooms And Necessary Installations (Electrical, Sanitary, Medical). The Ordering Party Excludes From The Scope Of Work The Renovation Of The Main Entrance And The Replacement Of The Existing Finishing Of The External Stairs With A New One, Which Is Included In The Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Cardiology Department. Stage Iii - Modernization Of The Cardiology Clinic Rooms. This Will Involve Adapting Part Of The Unused Kitchen Area Into: 2 Examination Rooms, 1 Examination And Treatment Room, 1 Ecg Room, 1 Waiting Room And 1 Bathroom For Staff, 1 Bathroom For Patients, 1 Bathroom For The Disabled, Together With Installation, Finishing Works And Adaptation Of The Rooms To Current Functional And Sanitary Requirements.
