Medical Information Systems – 0041 - Klinikum Heidenheim, Ba3a - Waiting Zone Management. The Heidenheim Clinic Is Currently Undergoing A Comprehensive Structural And Organizational Modernization Phase. As Part Of The Expansion Of The Medical Care Offering, Several New Buildings Are Being Built On The Clinic Site. To Functionally Complement These Structural Measures, The Introduction Of An Integrated Waiting Zone Management System (Wzm) Is Planned. The Aim Is To Digitally Control, Monitor And Optimize Patient Flows Within Defined Waiting Zones. The Wzm To Be Procured Represents An Overall System That Consists Of Several Hardware And Software Components And A Mobile Ticket And Must Be Completely Delivered, Configured, Integrated, Assembled And Put Into Operation By The Contractor. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Following System Components And Services: • Provision Of A Central Software Solution For Managing, Controlling And Monitoring Several Waiting Zones. • Integration Of A Mobile Ticket To Digitally Display The Queue Number. • Connection Of The Software Solution To The Existing Patient-Managing Hospital Information System (His) Via An Hl7 Siu Interface. • Integration Into An Existing Indoor Navigation Solution. • Provision Of Check-In Terminals, Digital Door Signs, Receipt Printers And Wzmplayer/Mini Pcs. • Delivery, Assembly And System Integration Of All Hardware Components.
