The Scope Of The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Internal Road And The Construction Of Parking Spaces With Accompanying Infrastructure On Plots No. 35/3, 35/4, 35/11, 35/14, 161/2, 161/3, 161/4, 404/2 In Nowa Dęba - Stage Ii2. Scope Of The Task:• Preparatory Works, • Earthworks, • Substructures, • Pavements, • Finishing Works, • Road Markings And Traffic Safety Devices, • Street Elements, • Sanitary Works, • Temporary Traffic Organization Design With Approval By The Authorized Bodies, • As-Built Surveying Inventory Ready For The Final Acceptance Of The Works. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Which Consists Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works And Are Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order. (Technical Documentation Contains A Broader Scope Of Works Than The Scope Of The Order). 4. The Costs Of Delivery And Assembly Of All Devices And Installations Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation, Including The Preparation Of Detailed Designs In Consultation With The Investor, If Such Will Be Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Task And Obtaining Certificates, Approval For Use And The Costs Of Start-Up, Instructions, Training And Warranty.5. The Materials Incorporated And Delivered By The Contractor Should Have Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present: A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or A Technical Approval For The Indicated Materials.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials. 7. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Performed (Materials And Labor) Is At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing The Final Protocol. 8. If At Any Point In The Swz And In Its Annexes, I.E. Technical Documentation And Bills Of Quantities, The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials Or Devices Used To Perform This Order Are Indicated - Everywhere The Ordering Party Adds The Word Or Equivalent.9. The Ordering Party Informs That When Specifying The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trade Names, It Also Allows For Any Market Equivalents Not Worse Than Those Indicated. The Parameters Of The Standard Indicated By The Ordering Party Present Technical, Operational, Utility, Functional Conditions And Other Features Important For The Subject Of The Order. However, The Indicated Brand Or Trade Name Determines The Class Of The Product, Not A Specific Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To Those Described An
