Grodzka 1 In Kalisz, Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.7 Of The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is Covered By Co-Financing Under The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments, No. Edycja2rpoz/2023/1200/Polskilad.2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Constitutes Only A Part Of The Project Entitled: Renovation Works Improving The Aesthetics Of The Courtyard And The Historic Building Of The 1St Secondary School At Ul. Grodzka 1 In Kalisz And Includes In Particular: 1) Vertical Insulation Of External Foundation Walls (Stone And Brick), Including Accompanying Works, I.E. Supplementing Or Replacing The Jointing Of Stone Foundations Along With Plastering, Making A Gravel Strip, Restoring The Surface And Dismantling The Retaining Wall, 2) Carrying Out Renovation Of The Facade, Including Accompanying Works, I.E. Renovation Of Light Wells, Renovation Of Window Grates And Gratings On The Facade, Renovation Walls At The Entrance Stairs At The Side Elevations From The Courtyard Side, Installation Of A Glass Roof Over The Entrance Door From The North Side, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Work On Roofs Over The Entrances To The Building From The Front Side, Replacement Of The Roof Over The Stairs To The Basement, 3) Demolition Of External Stairs And Dismantling Of External Doors On The Northern Facade, 4) Construction Of Terrain Stairs In The Place Of The Difference In Terrain, 5) Lining The Opening, Carving And Installing A Window In The Existing Opening And Dismantling The Roof Over The Door, 6) Renovation Of Part Of The Fence, 7) Modernization Of The Internal Courtyard (Laying New Granite Paving Stones And Granite Slabs, Landscaping, Construction Of Small Architecture, Construction Of Rainwater Drainage And Lighting Along With Electrical Installation), 8) Replacement Of External Doors In The Side Elevations On The Side Of The Courtyard 2 Pieces, 9) Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including After The Installation Of Door Joinery And Window Finishing Of The Recess Windows, Consisting Of Filling And Painting. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And Its Annexes. 4. The Contractor Will Commence The Execution Of The Order And Perform It In The Following Stages And Dates: 1) Stage I, Including: A) Vertical Insulation Of External Foundation Walls (Stone And Brick), Including Accompanying Works, I.E. Supplementing Or Replacing The Grouting Of Stone Foundations, Including Plastering, And Demolition Of The Retaining Wall, B) Demolition Of The External Stairs And Dismantling Of The External Door In The Northern Facade, C) Lining The Opening, Carving And Installing A Window In The Existing Opening And Dismantling The Roof Over The Door, D) Renovation Of Part Of The Fence, E) Other Accompanying
