The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Garage (Fire Station) For The Volunteer Fire Department In The Town Of Wierzbowo (Stage Ii). Location Of Works: Plot No. 15/1 Of Rev. 14 Wierzbowo, Iłowo-Osada Commune, Działdowo Poviat. General Scope Of Works: The Implemented Project Includes The Construction Of A Garage For The Volunteer Fire Department Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. Currently, The First Stage Of Construction Has Been Completed, I.E. Construction Of An Excavation, Footings And Foundation Walls With Reinforced Concrete Cores And Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of The Foundations. Attention: Contractor!!! The Indicated Design Documentation Includes Comprehensive Execution Of The Entire Building Of The Fire Station, While This Procedure Concerns The Execution Of The Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities As Stage Ii. The Task Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of A Lump Sum Of Works: • Execution Of The Ground Floor Structure, • Construction Of Fire Walls, • Construction Of Partition Walls And Chimneys, • Roof Covering, • Construction Of Window Joinery, • Construction Of Doors, • Insulation Of External Walls. • Installation Of Underfloor Heating With An Air Heat Pump, Ventilation, Water And Sanitary Sewage Installation, • White Assembly, • Installation Of Air Conditioners, • Construction Of A Heating Installation, • Construction Of An Electrical Installation, • Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation. The Lump-Sum Remuneration Also Covers All Works Preparatory And Cleaning Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, Including In Particular: Cleaning The Construction Site, Removal Of Residues And Waste Generated During The Performance Of The Works, And Their Management And Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation For The Construction Notification, I.E. A) Annex No. 10 To Swz Documentation: Blind/Offer Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities, Construction Design, Land Development Design).
