The Material Scope Of The Task Being The Subject Of The Proceedings Is Described In Detail In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And The Bill Of Quantities. Possible Catalog Items Are Provided Only To Facilitate The Calculation - Their Use In The Valuation Is Not Obligatory. The Technical Specification, Bill Of Quantities And Design Constitute An Annex To This Specification. The Quality Requirements Of The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Described In The Design Documentation, In Particular In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Covered By An 84-Month Warranty And Guarantee Period.4. The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation.5. The Contractor Will Use Materials With Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Technical Specification And Design.9. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 – Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended).
