The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution (Transmission) Services To The Ordering Partys Facilities In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law.2. The Ordering Party Awards A Contract For A Comprehensive Service, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Point 30 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43), Implemented On The Basis Of The Comprehensive Agreement Referred To In Art. 5 Section 3 Of This Act. 3. The Sale Of Electricity To The Ordering Party Will Take Place In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular With The Customer Service Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trade (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904, As Amended), As Well As In Accordance With Polish Standards.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A General Distribution Agreement With The Distribution System Operator Operating In The Area Where The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Located.5. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed Using The Prices Resulting From The Submitted Offer.
