1. Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Single-Jet Water Meters Equipped With Radio Overlays And Ultrasonic Flow Meters With Integrated Measurement Recording And Radio Reading. . The Scope Of The Order Includes: Delivery Of Devices With Factory-Configured Radio Overlays (Working In The Wireless M-Bus Standard) And Provision Of Licenses Necessary To Operate The Purchased Number Of Devices In The Ordering Partys System. The Offered Set (Water Meter/Flow Meter + Cover) Must Ensure Full, Native Compatibility With The Apator Powogaz Reading System (Or An Equivalent System) Owned By The Ordering Party. By Compatibility, The Ordering Party Understands Full Integration Of Devices With Its Software And Reading Terminals, Without The Need To Incur Additional Costs (E.G. Purchase Of Protocol Converters, Additional Network Gateways Or Modifications To The It Infrastructure). The Supplier, Together With Each Batch Of Devices, Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Decryption Keys Assigned To Them (Aes Keys) In Electronic Format (E.G. Csv Or Xls File), Enabling Their Automatic Import Into The Reading System. The Keys Must Be Handed Over No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery Of The Devices And Takes Place Without Any Additional Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party.
