1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Dirt Roads For The Needs Of The Drezdenko Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Current Maintenance Of Dirt Roads For The Needs Of The Drezdenko Commune, Consisting Of The Following Elements: A) Grading With A Grader And Compaction With A Vibratory Roller - 200,000 M2, B) 0/31.5 Mm Crushed Stone With Delivery - 2,600 Tons, C) Crushed Concrete Construction Rubble With Delivery - 1,400 Tons, D) Cutting Of Roadsides (Turf Or Soil), With Leveling And Providing The Required Slope, Together With The Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material - 10,000 Mbe) Bulldozer-Excavator Work - 20 Man-Hours, F) Transport By Self-Unloading Vehicles - 50 Km, G) Loading, Delivery Up To 25 Km From Drezdenko Of The Ordering Material, Together With Filling In Unevenness On The Roads, Leveling And Piling - 50 Tons.3. The Ordering Partys Representative Will Always Inform The Contractor In Writing Or Electronically About The Need To Perform The Service And The Scope Of Work. The Contractor Will Receive An Electronic Spreadsheet From The Ordering Party To Record The Work Performed And Calculate Costs. 4. The Information Will Include A List Of Roads On Which The Service Is To Be Provided And The Method Of Performing The Service. Without The Ordering Partys Instructions, The Contractor Selected In These Proceedings Has No Right To Perform Any Of The Services Listed In Point. A – G. 5. The Contractor Will Begin To Perform The Service Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative Within The Offered Number Of Days From Receiving The Information. Offered Response Time - The Time To Start The Service Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer When He Will Start Performing The Service. The Maximum Time That The Contractor Can Offer Is 5 Days.
