Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is To Organize, Direct And Coordinate Rescue Operations And Ensure The Safety Of People Staying At The Średzki Park Wodny Swimming Pool In Środa Śląska In The Field Of Water Rescue. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided By At Least Two Lifeguards On One Shift. 3. The Expected Number Of Rescue Hours During The Order Execution Period Is: 11,008 Hours. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quantity If, For Economic Reasons, Current Needs Or Other Reasons, It Is Not In The Ordering Partys Interest. Due To The Limitation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Scope Of The Order That Will Be Completed Is 10,944 Hours.
