The Subject Of The Order Are The Following Services: 1) A Wheeled And Crawler Excavator With An Operating Weight Of 6 To 10 Tons With A Set Of Backhoe Buckets For Digging And Grading With A Capacity Of No More Than 0.6 M3 For Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance Of Ditches On Municipal And Internal Roads, I.E. Making Roadside Ditches With An Excavator, Performing Mechanical Cleaning (Desilting), Scaling Roadside Ditches, Cutting Roadsides 2) Leveling The Surface Of Gravel Roads With A Road Grader, Cutting Road Sides, 3) Leveling The Surface Of Dirt Roads With A Crawler Bulldozer Or Works On Their Modernization.2. The Ordering Party Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In Stages, Depending On Current Needs, Each Time At The Ordering Partys Request Specifying The Place, Scope And Date Of The Task.3. Provisions Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, 2) Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Meet The Conditions Specified In Separate Regulations, 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Area Of Execution Of The Individual Order Against Third Parties, And In Particular To Prevent Accidents Of Third Parties, 4) The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damage Caused To Third Parties As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order Unit/Object Of The Order, 5) The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Sanitary And Environmental Protection Regulations.
