1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To Curbside Cleaning Of Roads, Streets And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes Along District Roads In Legionowo County.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) One-Time Post-Winter, Curbside Cleaning Of County Roads And Streets From Both Sides Of Accumulated Sand, Along With The Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material - Length Approx. 109.224 Km - As Three Tasks: A) Task No. 1 - County Roads In The Legionowo Commune, Wieliszew Commune, Jabłonna Commune - Total Length Of Roads - 34.703 Km, B) Task No. 2 - District Roads In The Serock Commune - Total Length Of Roads - 45.813 Km, C) Task No. 3 - District Roads In The Nieporęt Commune - Total Length Of Roads - 28.708 Km. The Total Expected Length Of Roads For Post-Winter Curbside Cleaning Is 109.224 Km (All Tasks In Total). As Part Of The Curbside Cleaning, The Strips Should Also Be Cleaned. External Roads And The So-Called Dead Fields, I.E. Parts Excluded From Traffic By Lines And Shelters; 2) Six-Fold Summer, Double-Sided Curb Cleaning Of County Roads And Streets From Residual Sand, Along With The Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material - The Length Of One-Time Work Is Approx. 109.224 Km - As Three Tasks: A) Task No. 1 - County Roads In The Legionowo Commune, Wieliszew Commune, Jabłonna Commune – Total Length Of Roads – 34,703 Km, B) Task No. 2 – District Roads In The Serock Commune – Total Length Of Roads – 45,813 Km, C) Task No. 3 – District Roads In The Nieporęt Commune – Total Length Of Roads – 28,708 Km. Total Expected Length Of Roads For Summer Curb Cleaning Throughout The Entire Contract Period In 2026 – 655.344 Km (6X109.224Km). As Part Of Curbside Cleaning, External Road Strips And The So-Called Blind Spots, I.E. Parts Excluded From Traffic By Lines And Shelters. Summer Cleaning Of The Surface Will Take Place Depending On The Needs At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Frequency Will Depend On The Degree And Rate Of Dirt Growth And May Cover The Entire Scope Of One Task Or Part Of It.3) Cleaning Approximately 200,000 M2 Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths (Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths) From Residual Sand (Sweeping, Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material);4) Removal Of Grass And Weed Overgrowths At The Road Curbs, In Pedestrian Paths And Walking And Cycling (Manual Or Chemical - At The Discretion Of The Contractor) Approx. 35,000 M2; 5) Collection, Removal And Disposal Of Approx. 80.00 M3 Of Sand And Mud Collected By The Property Owner From The Adjacent Sidewalk; 6) Collection Of Municipal Waste Such As Bottles, Cans, Plastic And Paper Packaging, Etc. On Both Sides From Road Lanes Over A Distance Of Approx. 80.00 Km; 7) Cleaning The Surface Also Includes Sprinkling (Wetting) The Surface With Water In Order To Reduce Dust During Cleaning;8) As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Also Undertakes To Clean The External Road Strips And The So-Called Blind Spots, I.E. Parts Excluded From Traffic By Line
