Subject Of The Order: 1) Maintenance Service For The Optima Ct520 Computed Tomography Scanner, Serial Number Cbarg1700081hm) Consisting In Performing Periodic Inspections, Quality Control (During Periodic Inspections), Carrying Out Preventive Measures To Increase The Operational Safety Of The Device, Making System And Application Software Updates Recommended By The Manufacturer, Making Modifications To The Device Recommended By The Manufacturer. 2) The Service Includes Repairs And: A) Supply Of All Spare Parts To Replace Parts That, As A Result Of Natural Processes, Have Become Completely Worn Out Or Have Become Unsuitable For Further Use, Including The X-Ray Tube, B) Supplies Of Materials Necessary To Carry Out Inspections. C) Supply Of Materials For Modifications Required By The Manufacturer; D) Application Assistance In The Field Of Technical Support By A Service Engineer; E) Remote Diagnostics Understood As: - Providing A System For Constant Monitoring Of The Devices Operating Parameters; - Using The Above-Mentioned System For Remote Diagnosis And Repair Of Damage; - Maintaining The Infrastructure Of The Above-Mentioned System Incl.
