1 Detail Engineering Of The Requested New Hv Installation, 400 Kva, As Indicated On The Supplied Specifications And Installation Drawings, In Accordance With All Applicable Legal And Additional Requirements Of Aquafin (Dng) And Fluvius (Dnb); Including Ensuring Approval By The Dnb. 2 Detailed Engineering Of The New Alsb For The Pumping Station, In Accordance With The Latest Version Of The Aquafin Type Scheme. (The Alsb For The Basin Will Not Be Replaced, It Only Needs To Be Reconnected To The New Hv Installation.) 3 Detailed Planning Of The Works To Be Carried Out With Great Care For The Operational Continuity Of The Installation And In Accordance With All Applicable Legal And Additional Specific Safety Requirements Imposed By Aquafin And Fluvius, In Consultation With Aquafin, Fluvius And The Safety Coordinator Appointed By Aquafin. Since Both The New Hv Installation And The New Alsb Will Be Planned At A Different Location, The Works Must Be Planned In Such A Way That The Pumps Do Not Have To Be De-Energized For More Than Approximately 4 Hours. The Contractor Must Ensure That A Generator Can Be Called Up At Short Notice (A Few Hours), Should An Unexpected Problem Make This Necessary. 4 Supply And Installation Of A New Prefab Cabin With 2 Compartments (Separate Areas For Hs And Ls Installation). 5 Supply And Installation Of Hv Material, Capacity 400Kva (Rmu, Sf6 Free, Transformer, Alsb_Hs). 6 Carry Out All Preparations Covered By The Dng To Connect The New Cabin By The Dso. (Preparation For Connection Of Hv Cables, Motorization Of Incoming Cells, Hv Measuring Device.) 7 Testing Of The Hv Installation In Collaboration With Fluvius And Aquafin. 8 Delivery Of The New Alsb Pumping Station And Installation In The Low-Voltage Space Of The New Cabin. This Low-Voltage Area Must Also Have Sufficient Free Space To Be Able To Install A New Alsb Basin In The Future. 9 Supply And Installation Of Local Control Panels For The Pumps. 10 Reconnecting The Existing Pumps (Only The Pump And Associated Pump Cables Are Reused, The Pumps Must Be Frequency Controlled). 11 Reconnecting The Existing Flow Measurements. The Inverters Must Be Installed Indoors. 12 Supply And Installation Of A Hydrostatic And A Radar Level Measurement (Including Removing Existing Level Measurements.) 13 Installing The Plc And Data Communication Items Supplied By Aquafin. The Software Is Installed By Aquafin. 14 Testing The Correct Operation Of The Pumping Station In Collaboration With Aquafin. 15 Connecting The Existing Alsb Of The Basin To The New Hv Installation. 16 Equipped With A Circuit Breaker To Connect An Emergency Generator (In Such A Way That The Generator Can Be Safely Connected While The Installation Remains Powered From Its Normal Power Supply.) 17 The Quality Of The Works Is Supported By The Necessary Certificates And Blank Inspection Reports. (The Installations Are Inspected By Third Parties On Behalf Of Aquafin). We Always Work According To Good Craftsmanship. 18 Removal Of The Existing Hs Cabin, Including Disposal (With The Option Of Parts Being Retained By Aquafin). Remove The Foundations And Fill The Vacated Surface With Soil, Level And Sow. 19 Removal Of The Existing Alsb From The Pumping Station, Including Drainage Material And Leveling Of The Vacated Surface (Remains Paved, But Must Be Evenly Flat.) 20 Submission Of Delivery File In Accordance With Aquafins Requirements
