The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Obtain Knowledge About Travel Habits, Emissions And Which Factors And Dilemmas Influence Choices In Connection With Travel And Travel Activities In The National Tariff Area. This Must Be Done Through A Survey And Subsequent Analysis. The Report Shall Not Deal With Recommendations For Measures. There Will Be A Need To Look At Overall Data For Journeys And Emissions In The National Tariff Area Using Public Databases And Available Statistics From, Among Others, Dfø. The Aim Is To Get A Good Overall Picture Of Travel Patterns And Emissions In Connection With Travel Activity. It May Also Be Relevant To Break Down Data By Ministry Area/Sector. The Contractor Must Also Obtain Data On Journeys From A Selection Of Businesses By Direct Contact. Here, It Will Be Relevant To Look At, Among Other Things, The Number Of Journeys, Type Of Means Of Transport, Distance, Length Of Time (Number Of Days), Use Of Own Or The Companys Vehicle, Etc. The List Is Not Exhaustive. This Must Be Checked Against Any Local Travel Policy. A Central Part Of The Procurement Will Be In The Form Of Interviews With Employers (Managers And Hr) And Employees (Trade Union Representatives And/Or Employees) In Around 15 Selected Businesses. It Is Desirable That These Are Several Of The Same Businesses Where The Contractor Obtains Figures Directly. Final Deadline For Delivery 31 December 2026. The Upper Financial Limit In The Project Is Nok 1,500,000 Excl. Vat Of This 1.5 Million, An Option Of Nok 100,000 Is Set Aside Which The Client Can Use If A Need Arises During The Execution Of The Assignment That Requires Funds. This Can Be If There Are Things That Come To Light Along The Way That Would Be Useful To Investigate, Travels, Collections Or Other Things.
