Based On Its Legal Task And Local Policy, The Municipality Of Enschede And Losser Wish To Contract One Contractor Per Plot For The Provision Of Bus Transport Through This European Public Tender. The Municipality Of Enschede Also Acts As Secretary For The Municipality Of Losser In This Tender (We Will Hereinafter Also Refer To This As: Participant). The Participating Municipality Of Losser Concludes A Framework Agreement For Itself. This Assignment Is Divided Into 2 Lots. The Assignment Per Lot Consists Of Providing The Following Services By Means Of Bus Transport By Coach: Lot 1 - Municipality Of Enschede: Transport Of Sbo Students In The Municipality Of Enschede Who Are Transported To Sbo Schools On School Days, And Return. Transport Of Sw Employees Of The Municipality Of Enschede Who Are Transported To And From A Work Location On Working Days. Lot 2 - Municipality Of Losser: Transport Of Sbo Students In The Municipality Of Losser (Including The Village Centers Of Beuningen, De Lutte, Glane, Losser And Overdinkel) Who Are Transported To Sbo Schools On School Days And Return. Duration Of The Contract This Tender Is Being Made To Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of Four (4) Years, With An Option To Extend By The Client Of A Maximum Of 2 Times, A Maximum Of 2 Years. This Means That There Is A Total Maximum Term Of Eight (8) Years. The Framework Agreements Per Lot Can Or Cannot Be Extended Separately. The Start Date Of The Assignment Is August 1, 2026 (Week 31). There Is No Purchase Obligation. The Framework Agreement Gives The Ultimate Contractor The Exclusive Right To Provide Services To The Relevant Municipality.
